Transfer particle coordinates from SPIDER to Boxer format

Takes as input an integer specifying the particle box size, and a SPIDER docfile (.spi). The docfile should contain two registers: the x- and y-coordinates of the center of each particle. Outputs an equivalent file for Boxer in boxdb format (.box).

Usage example:

$ spi2boxdb.pl -b 120 -i part05.spi -o part05.box
