Use an IMAGIC alignment in SPIDER

Takes as input an IMAGIC plotfile (.plt) created from the HEADERS operation with the INDEX option, with 4 columns:

• image location #
  
• angle (index 116)
  
• x-shift (index 117)
  
• y-shift (index 118)

Output is a docfile (.spi) with these parameters in appropriate registers for SPIDER.

Usage example:

$ plt2spi.pl -i part_mra1.plt -o part_mra1.spi
