Use an IMAGIC classification in SPIDER

Takes as input an IMAGIC class membership look-up table generated by the MSA-NAMES-IN-CLASSES command (.lis), and outputs either a single SPIDER select file (.spi) with a list of of classes and their members, or a set of separate SPIDER select files for each class.

The single-output file format has 2 registers: particle number, class.

The multi-output file format has 1 register: particle number. The class number will be appended to the filename.

Usage examples:

$ lis2spi.pl -i part_r1.lis -o part_r1.spi
$ lis2spi.pl -i part_r1.spi -k part_r1_
