Overview

EM-Perl is a distribution of reusable, object-oriented Perl modules, scripts and libraries for manipulating EM programs.

Some additional notes:

• EM-Perl includes a script fwrap which allows parallel execution of FREALIGN on HPCs (High Performance Clusters).
• EM-Perl will eventually absorb the functionality of most previous utility Perl and Bash scripts I've written.
