These are some very simple Bash scripts that help us get our work done.
Automatically generates Boxer boxdb files from an IMAGIC format header file. Useful if you accidentally delete your particles.img file, or if you forgot to save .boxdb files from your original micrographs.
Reads an IMAGIC batch and generates a script suitable for submitting to a PBS (Torque, OpenPBS) submission queue on a high-performance computing cluster.
Uses the proc2d program from the EMAN package to invert density and convert transmission values to optical densities for digitized micrographs scanned with Nikon scanners.
