Generate boxdb files from an IMAGIC header file

Automatically generates Boxer boxdb files from an IMAGIC format header file. Useful if you accidentally delete your particles.img file, or if you forgot to save .boxdb files from your original micrographs.

Usage example:

$ hed2box
Usage: hed2box [-i inputfile] [-s box size]
Generates EMAN boxdb files from an IMAGIC format header file.

Required options:
  -i FILE           use input text file FILE
  -s SIZE           particle box size in pixels
$ hed2box -i particles.hed -s 69
